Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. (Electrical/ Electronics/ Power System/ Mechanical)
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Job Description / Role / Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing warehouse operations & inventory management.
2. Assigning workloads and daily tasks to warehouse associates.
3. Inventory Management:
a. Maintaining the records of material receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
b. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
c. Ensure proper labelling, barcoding, and storage of inventory items.
4. Warehouse Operations:
a. Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
b. Manage equipment and ensure routine maintenance.
c. Implement safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.
5. Inward materials process GRN / Outward materials Process Materials Issue to field engineers.
6. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
8. Documentations and Maintaining MIS Reports
9. Coordination for Logistics.
10. Other Warehouse Related jobs as assigned.
Job Specification / Key Skill Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of Warehouse Operations & Supervision.
3. Strong understanding of Battery Technologies, Battery Management & Energy Systems
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
9. Strong commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.
10. Candidates having experience in Battery Technologies, Power systems & Energy solutions will be given preference.
